1) The general overview of this book is the focus on the third industrial revolution which the author believes will wipe out cheap labor and institute robots to replace them. 2) This book connects with the things I've learned in this class because it taught me how to view the future of the economy and what will happen to our jobs and how innovation will be the leader in changing our world. 3) If I had to design an exercise for this class it would be for students to envision what the future of the economy would look like? How would certain sectors of the economy change? What would change with how people consume items? What would change in terms of manufacturing our items in the future? 4) The biggest surprise I noticed from the book was the fact that a third revolution was occurring and how it would impact the poorest Americans who would all be out of a job. This would impact so many people around the world.

1A) The first person I spoke with is a woman who has a similar idea to me and is trying to lobby to members in congress in Washington DC at the moment for incentives for renewable energy consumers. 2A) This person would be a domain expert because she is an environmental science major and knows exactly what she's talking about and she has the background to show it. She currently is a lobbyist for environmental issues.  3A) I found this person while attending the University of Florida and met her in one of my classes. 4A) The exchange nature I have with this person is that they will be employed at my company once we are able to break through congress one day. 5A) This is a huge connection in Washington DC  and can give us some important votes on the Hill. 1B) The second person I spoke with is a man who owns a company that produces solar panels. 2B) This person would be the supplier to our industry. 3B) I found this person looking up companies that produce solar pan...

1) My name is Franco Luis, I am a second year political science major from Miami, Florida. I am 20 years old and I hope to be a successful lawyer/politician one day. My talents include reading and writing, playing basketball, and being knowledgable in politics. My skills and experiences include being bilingual. Having been a political journalist in high school I was able to meet with important politicians and was able to cover the 2016 election. My prototypical customer is someone who enjoys reading, loves spending time by the ocean, and appreciates nature. They typically tend to drive prius' or cars that require not too much gas or are electric. My customers usually watch CNN or MSNBC and enjoy shows such as the Big Bang Theory. Some of my customers have one or two children but typically have smaller families. Some might even adopt kids. Their favorite politicians are usually liberal since they support fighting climate change. They are usually very young or are older supporters of fighting global warming. What I have in common with the avatar is our care for protecting the environment against man made carbon emissions. My similarities with the avatar are not a coincidence.

I believe that my human capital is truly unique because I have some form of college education, which is more than most of the world. 2. The first student I spoke to was a sustainability major from Orlando, in his second year of college. This student seemed to really like my idea and said it would help advance the economy into the future and it would help us cleanup our carbon footprint. He said that this radical investment into the green economy would help bolster a worldwide movement of clean energy. The student claimed that the price of the good would be most impactful over anything else. He said for a purchase this expensive, most households would have to finance their payments. What will help these consumers is when after they purchase the good, they will see their energy bills decrease substantially. The student also claimed that the price of the product would be most important to the willingness of the consumer to buy the product, since renewable energy sources can be very expensive.
